摘要
从温泉旅游业发展角度看,现行《中国温泉之乡(城、都)评审标准》的旅游适应性欠缺、产业发展水平不明确、消费导向不清,有必要基于该《标准》构建旅游发展评价指标体系。通过专家咨询法,构建了资源条件、保护状况、度假村建设、经济效益、环境效益、社会效益、品牌建设、旅游市场等8大因素和26个观测指标因子组成的综合评价指标体系。通过对业界专家问卷调查,应用层次分析法计算指标权重,定量分析指标因子,并通过福州、永泰、连江三地的实证研究对指标体系进行了科学性验证。
The current ＂China Hot Spring Township （ City, Metropolis ） Assessment Standards＂ lacked adaptability of tourism, and industrial de- velopment level was not clear,consumer- oriented was unclear, so it was necessary to develop the assessment standards of tourism development in Chinese hot spring tourism township （city, metropolis）. Through the expert consultation method, the comprehensive evaluation index system was con- structed, which was composed of eignt key factors, such as resource condition, protection status, economic benefits, ecological benefits, social benefits, brand building, tourism market, resort restruction etc and 26 observation index factors. Through questionnaire survey of industry experts, this paper adopted analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index, then quantitative analysis of the impact of index factor on ＂China＇s hot spring tourism＂ could be done and scientific validation of index system could be done throug hempirical research on Fuzhou, Yongtai, Lianjiang.
