Challenges and Countermeasures for Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation of Sichuan in New Stage

农业科技创新是确保农产品安全有效供给和实现农业持续稳定发展的核心力量。文章分析了新时期四川农业科技创新面临的各种挑战,明确了四川农业科技创新的重点领域,在此基础上,提出了实施农村科技供给侧改革、强化转型升级产业技术服务,完善科技服务体系、强化脱贫攻坚科技服务,构建成果转化平台、强化成果推广和对接服务,深化农村科技体制改革、强化创新创业人才服务等提升四川农业科技创新能力的对策。

Innovation of agricultural science and technology is core power to ensure safe and efficient supply of agri-food and to realize steady and sustainable development of agriculture. Challenges for agricultural science and technology innovation of Sichuan in new stage were analyzed in the paper, and the key areas of agricultural science and technology innovation of Sichuan were made clear. Based on above, some countermeasures were put forward to improve the ability of agricuhural science and technology innovation of Sichnan, i.e. implementing supply- side reform of rural science and technology and reinforcing transformation and upgrading of industrial technology service, improving science and technology service system and reinforcing science and technology service for poverty alleviation, building up a platform of achievement transformation and reinforcing achievement extension and docking service, deepening rural science and technology system reform and reinforcing service for innovative and venture talents.
