摘要
科技是第一生产力,科技创新是科研院所发展的重要命脉。文章阐述了江苏沿海地区农业科学研究所农业科技创新工作的现状,分析了其科技创新发展存在的主要问题,提出统筹规划发展方向、构建高水平的创新团队、加强协同创新平台建设、完善科技创新评价标准等建议,以期为地市级农业科研院所提升科技创新能力提供参考。
Science and technology is the primary productive force, and the innovation capacity is the lifeblood of scientific research institutes＇ development. Current status of agricultural scientific and technological innovation in Agricultural Scientific Research Institute of Coastal Area of Jiangsu was elaborated in the paper. Main problems in the development of scientific and technological innovation were analyzed. Suggestions were put forward accordingly, i.e., making a whole plan of development direction, constructing high level innovative team, strengthening construction of synergy innovation platform, and improving evaluating standard of scientific and technological innovation. These will provide references for boosting scientific and technological innovation capability in prefecture-level agricultural scientific research institutions.
