摘要
研究生是我国农业科研院所科技创新重要的后备军和生力军。文章阐述了当前我国农业科研院所的研究生培养模式,分析了不同研究生培养模式的特点及培养过程中存在的问题,并从建立科学的招生制度、加强导师队伍建设、制订灵活培养方案、完善分类培养机制等方面提出了具体对策,以促进农业科研院所研究生培养工作的开展。
Graduate students are the important reserve force and new force for agricultural scientific and technical innovation in China. the current graduate students＇ cultivation modes in agricultural scientific research institutes were introduced in this paper. Besides, different characteristics of graduate students＇ cultivation modes and problems existing in the process of cultivation were analyzed. Some specific countermeasures, including establishing scientific enrollment system and flexible training programme, strengthening the construction of teachers＇ team and improving the classified training mechanism, were put forward to promote cultivation of graduate students in agricultural scientific research institutes.
