Considerations on the Construction of Science and Technology Management Talent Teams in Agricultural Scientific Research Institutes under the New Situation

文章阐述了新时期农业科技管理的重要性和科技管理人才在农业科研院所中发挥的重大作用,分析了科技管理人才队伍建设过程中迫切需要解决的问题,提出了新形势下通过完善用人机制、注重学习培训、引入考核制度等加强科技管理人才队伍建设的对策。

The important significance for the management of agricultural science and technology in the new era was introduced in the paper. Major roles the talent teams in agricultural scientific research institutes played were analyzed. Problems which need to be solved urgently in construction of the science and technology management teams were put forward. Measures under the new situation for promoting management teams were suggested, such as improving personnel mechanism, paying attention to training and learning, introducing examining and assessment system, etc.
