科技期刊影响力量化评价的研究——以《农业展望》为例

Quantitative Evaluation of the Impact of Science and Technology Journals:A Case Study of Agricultural Outlook

科技期刊影响力体现的是期刊的社会价值、受关注程度,以及学术质量,但如何将其量化评价,仍存在较大分歧。对此,以中国农业核心期刊《农业展望》为例,根据《中国学术期刊综合引证报告》的主要文献计量指标,统计了2005—2015年,中国知网(CNKI)的所有期刊数据,分析期刊论文载文量、下载量、基金论文比例、被引文献比和被引频次等。经分析发现,期刊的以上统计数据均表现为逐年递增的态势,说明期刊发展迅速,具有一定的学术质量和学术影响力,同时,科研人员对期刊的关注程度较高,体现了期刊的使用价值和社会价值。期刊2009—2011年迅猛发展,2012年后保持发展势头并趋于稳定,说明创刊10年来,期刊发展已趋于成熟。但期刊的基金论文比例尚有待提高,仍具有一定的发展空间。因此,量化的统计数据体现了同行专家、学者和读者对期刊的关注程度,反映了期刊的学术质量和学术影响力,具有客观性、公正性和准确性。

Science and technology journal impact is reflected in the journal social value,the degree of concern,as well as academic quality.How to quantify the evaluation of science and technology journal impact,there arestill considerable divergences.Take Chinese agricultural core journal Agricultural Outlook for example,according to the bibliometric indicators of CAJCCR,we counted all data of Agricultural Outlook from CNKI in2005-2015,and analyzed its published articles,downloads,the proportion of the fund papers and citation,andtimes cited.Through the analysis,all above statistics of the journal showed an increasing trend year by year.Itillustrated that the journal developed rapidly,and had a certain academic quality and academic influence.Atthe same time,researchers were very concerned about the journal,it reflected the journal＇s value and socialvalue.In 2009-2011,the journal developed rapidly,after 2012,it maintained a steady pace of development.Itshowed that in the past 10 years,the journal was developing and became matured.But the proportion of fundspapers had yet to be improved,still had some room for development.Thus,the quantitative statistical datareflected the concern degree of peer experts,scholars and readers for the journal,and it reflected the qualityand academic influence of academic journals.It had the objectivity,fairness and accuracy.
