The success of MaYun is based on the combined effect of three main motivations, namely： thought endowment as the initial impetus of his business start-ups; spiritual character as the core competitiveness of the entrepreneurial journey; management methodology as the powerful safeguard. College students can draw wisdom and lessons from these three motive forces in starting up their own business.
