就业教育接受机制视阈下工科院校就业创新研究

Accept the Mechanism under the Perspective of Employment Education Thought Innovation Practice of Applied Engineering College and University Study

摘要 国家强调普通本科高校把办学思路向增强学生就业创业能力方面转移,倒逼应用型工科院校对就业教育进行改革创新。通过对大学生就业现状的调查问卷分析和调查研究,把对传播学中的思想政治教育接受机制的研究延展到就业教育方面。提出了以就业教育接受机制为切入点,从眼界高以及手法低这两种表象分析阻碍大学生就业教育实效性的成因,分别从教育理念、职业认知教育、媒体融合发展等方面提出有针对性的思路和建议。 Countries emphasize the ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities put their ideas to enhance students' employment, entrepreneurship, reversed transmission applied engineering colleges and universities to reform the employment education innovation, we through the analysis of the questionnaire about the present situation of university students' employment and the investigation and study, the study of the ideological and political education to accept mechanism in the communication to the employment education. Employment education is put forward to accept the mechanism as the breakthrough point, respectively from the horizon high and technique low both surface phenomenon, analyzing the cause of hinder college students employment education effectiveness, from education concept, career cognitive education, media fusion development put forward the corresponding ideas and Suggestions.
