间充质干细胞临床应用的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)属多能干细胞的一种,其具有高度的自我更新能力、多向分化潜能、低免疫原性和免疫调节能力,且来源方便,易于分离、培养、扩增和纯化,经多次传代培养后仍具有多向分化潜能,因此在临床上有重大的研究与应用价值。本文结合MSCs的生物学特性对其应用在肺及呼吸系统疾病、心血管疾病、神经系统疾病、自身免疫性疾病以及再生医学与组织工程等方面的国内外最新研究进展及目前所存在的问题进行综述。 Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs),a kind of pluripotent stem cells,have great value in clinical research and practice because of its high degree of self-renewal,multi differentiation potential,low immunogenicity and immune regulation ability as well as its convenient source,easy to separate, culture, amplification and purification, and still having pluripotent it after several subculture.In this article,we reviews the latest research progress and the existing problems in the development of lung and respiratory,cardiovascular,nervous system and autoimmune diseases,as well as regenerative medicine and tissue engineering.
