摘要 为了解决复杂结构下的风电机组传动链的故障,采用面向故障树的智能诊断技术,对其进行诊断.通过故障树分析技术,结合传动链故障类型及机理分析,构建了风电机组传动链故障树智能诊断系统;采用面向故障树的基于框架的混合知识表示,分析故障与故障特征、故障与故障源之间的关系;通过顶上事件—中间事件—基本事件的推理机制,确定故障树上各节点的状态,找出故障源;最后,通过分析某风电场3#风机传动链的故障实例,采用振动分析法提取齿轮箱、主轴和联轴器的故障特征,初步确定为齿轮箱的轴承损坏,根据损坏原因,检查轴承清洁度和润滑情况,发现废油脂呈纯黄色,内部铁屑明显,剖析故障源为齿轮箱轴承润滑不良. In order to slove the practical problems of the wind turbine drivetrain with complex struc- ture, the fault tree intelligent diagnosis technology was used for the fault diagnosis of wind turbine dri- vetrain. Through the fault tree analysis, combined with drivetrain fault type and the mechanism analy- sis, the wind turbine drivetrain fault tree intelligent diagnosis system was built. By using hybrid know- ledge representation based on the framework of the fault tree, the relationships both between the fault and fault characteristics as well as fault source were analyzed. The reasoning mechanism from the top events was used to the intemlediate and to the basic events, to determine the state of each node on the fault tree, then to find out the source of trouble ; finally, the fault example of wind turbine drivetrain of 3# wind turbine in some wind farm was analyzed. By vibration analysis, the fault characteristics of gear box, main shaft and coupling were extracted, which was initially defined as bearine damage. According to the damaging reason, the cleanness and lubrication condition of bearing were checked. The waste oil was pure yellow, with inside iron clear. It was shown that the fault source was the gear box bearing lubrication.
