摘要
为研究复合保鲜剂涂膜对莲雾生理及品质的影响,将莲雾果实用1.5%壳聚糖和不同浓度的硝普钠的不同组合进行处理,实验表明:一些复合保鲜剂组合能降低莲雾的呼吸强度,延长莲雾的采后贮藏时间,减缓莲雾花青素及色度的下降,能够提高过氧化物酶活性,减少莲雾膜系统的损伤,尤其以处理B(1.5%壳聚糖+2.5μmol/L硝普钠)保鲜效果更为明显,贮藏时间能达到15 d。
In order to study the preservative coating compound on physiology and quality of wax, the wax apple fruit was treated with 1.5% chitosan and different combinations of different concentrations of sodium nitroprusside.The experiment showed : some combination of compound preservative could decrease the respiratory intensity, prolong post-harvest storage time of wax apple, slow down the decline of anthocyanin and chroma, and can increase peroxidase activity,reduce the damage of membrane system, Particularly the preservation effect on treatment B (1.5% chitosan and 2.5μmol/L sodium nitroprusside), the preservation effect was more obvious, storage time could reach ]5 days.
