珠海南水阀室管道与设备沉降复位施工 被引量:3

摘要 建在新近填海区的输送天然气场站,由于填海造地时间短地面沉降不均匀,会导致场站管道、设备发生不均匀沉降,危害天然气管道、设备的正常运行。针对位于珠海的南水阀室管道、设备出现沉降的问题,介绍了解决办法。采取的主要施工步骤如下:开挖覆土减少管道的荷载;切断进出站主管道释放应力;增设室外桩基础承台和管道支架,用钢垫板调整管道水平标高;室内管道、设备复位,用钢垫板调整其水平标高;阀室内、外管道连头;管道回填采用轻质陶粒减载。此方法取得了明显的效果,使管道、设备成功复位,为其他阀室沉降复位提供施工经验。 Because the land reclamation from the sea was formed within short time period, gas station built on such land has uneven ground settlement causing pipeline and equipment at the gas station uneven settlement, which is harmful to normal operation of pipeline and equipment. This paper introduces the problem of pipeline and equipment uneven settle- ments at Nanshui Valve Chember in Zhuhai and puts forward corresponding measures to solve the problem. The construc- tion procedure is as follows: excavation for reducing soil load on pipeline; cutting main pipeline section between its posi- tions of entering and exiting the station for reducing stress; setting up outdoor pile caps and pipeline supports; using steel backing plates for adjusting pipeline horizontal elevation; recovering indoor pipeline and equipment and using steel backing plates for adjusting its horizontal elevation; connection of indoor pipeline section and outdoor pipelines; using light ceram- site for reducing load on pipeline. These methods achieve obvious results and enable the pipeline and equipment to be re- covered successfully.
