海上油田回注水超滤工艺的研究及应用 被引量:5

摘要 渤海某油田对回注水水质要求较高,目前海上油田传统的水处理技术已不能满足该油田回注水水质的处理要求。结合陆上低渗油田开发回注水的超滤处理技术,该油田对预处理后的回注水采用膜技术进行精滤,并初步拟定了超滤注水流程。为保证流程的可靠性,通过对膜元件的试验筛选,最终确定了以功能化无机超滤膜为核心的超滤工艺流程,并根据其特点对初期拟定的超滤工艺流程进行了优化。该工艺在国内海上油田开发中首次应用,取得良好效果,可为海上类似低渗油田的开发提供经验。 A certain Bohai oilfield requires higher quality of reinjection water, but current traditional water treatment tech- nology for offshore oilfields can not satisfy the requirement. Based on the reinjection water ultrafiltration technique used in land low permeability oilfields, this offshore oilfield adopts membrane fine filtration technique for pretreated reinjection wa- ter and maps out primary ultrafiltration water reinjection process flow. In order to ensure the reliability of the process flow, selection and test of membrane elements are conducted and the ultrafiltration process flow in which the functional inorganic ultrafiltration membrane as the core is finally determined, then the primary ultrafiltration process flow is optimized. The first application of this process in domestic offshore oilfield is successful and provides valuable experience for offshore low per- meability oilfield development.
