摘要
为有效提高钻修井废水的处理效率,满足排放或回用标准,对油田钻修井废水的处理工艺进行了研究。首先介绍了油田钻修井废水特性及其主要处理工艺现状;对"曝气+微絮凝+两级三合一净化工艺"处理大港油田钻修井废水中试试验流程和试验情况进行了详细分析,试验结果表明,该工艺对钻修井废水具有良好的处理效果,可实现处理后各项指标满足相关水质标准;最后对该工艺工业化应用经济效益进行了预测,每年可节约回注清水的费用约160万元,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,因此该工艺具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to improve the efficiency of treating drilling and workover wastewater and satisfy the standards of water discharge or reuse, the study on treatment process of drilling and workover wastewater is carried out. Firstly, the charac- teristics of drilling and workover wastewater in oilfields and the current situation of main treatment processes are intro- duced in this paper. Then the pilot test procedure applying "aeration + micro-flocculation + two sets of trinity purification process~ for treating drilling and workover wastewater of Dagang Oilfield is analyzed in detail. The pilot test indicates that the process gains good treatment results, enabling the wastewater quality indexes to meet the relevant demand of stan- dard. Finally the economic benefits of the process industrialized application is predicted. It will save about 1.6 million Yuan due to saving injection of clean water. The new process has very good economic and social benefits, so it has a very wide application prospect.
