从我煤炭需求、煤炭产能、煤炭进口3个方面简要分析我国煤炭中长期供需趋势的基础上,指出了煤炭行业化解过剩产能过程中可能面临的挑战,并提出加强中长期煤炭供需趋势预测与引导、透彻分析煤炭产能构成及拟淘汰退出煤矿情况、多渠道处置去产能企业债务等对策建议,以保障化解过剩产能工作的顺利推进。

From three aspects of China coal demands, coal productivity and coal import, based on the brief analysis on China coal middle and long-term supply and demand certain, the paper pointed out that in the solution process of the overcapaeity, the coal industry may be faced with the challenge. The paper provided the enhanced prediction and guidance on the middle and long-term supply and demand tendency, thorough analysis on the coal productivity structure and the proposed eliminated coal mine condition, multi channel handling on the debts of the overeapacity enterprises and other countermeasure proposals.
