煤炭产业疲软态势下双鸭山市经济现状及应对策略

针对黑龙江省煤炭产业现状,分析了在煤炭产能过剩、煤炭产业疲软态势下,作为资源型城市,黑龙江省双鸭山市面临着煤炭产业"寒冬"和资源日益枯竭的双重挑战。提出了以煤炭为主导产业的双鸭山市经济疲软态势下,可能出现的经济和社会问题。在目前经济状况下,抓住机遇,加快产业结构调整,保证双鸭山市经济持续发展,找出应对策略,势在必行。

Faced to the present coal situation, the State issued the coal de-capacity schedule. According to Heilongjiang Provin- cial coal industry status, under the coal overcapacity and the coal industry soft trend, the double challenges of the coal indus- try in ＂cold winter＂ and the resources exhausted day by day faced to Shuangyashan City in Heilongjiang Province as a re- sources type city were analyzed. Under the economic soft trend of Shaungyashan based on the coal as the leading industry, the economic and social problems could be occurred. Under the present economic condition, Shaungyashan City should firmly hold the opportunity, speed up the industrial structure adjustment and ensure the economic sustainable development. To find the countermeasures would be imperative.
