摘要
随着开关电源开关频率的不断升高,合理的高频变压器集总电容等效模型对功率变换器性能的分析具有极其重要的作用。首先介绍了已有的几类集总电容等效模型;其次,通过电路分析方法,研究了高频变压器几类集总电容模型的转换方法;最后,通过一款双绕组高频变压器的实际测试,论证了电容等效电路模型相互转换的可行性。
With the increasing of the switching frequency, the equivalent circuit with lumped capacitor of the high frequency transformer is very important for the analysis of the performance of the power converter. Firstly, the equivalent models of lumped capacitor were introduced. And then the converting method of the lumped capacitor model of the high frequency transformer was studied by circuit analysis method. Finally, test for a practical dual winding high frequency transformer verifies the feasibility of the equivalent model conversion.
