摘要
以Y30H预烧料为基本原料制备微波炉磁控管用铁氧体磁环,分析了成型工艺中取向电流(场强)、成型压力、退磁方式对外观缺陷的影响。结果表明,取向电流从24A到50A范围内,随着电流(场强)的增大,弱磁面裂纹减少直至消失;随着成型压力的增高,强磁面圈裂减少;一定的取向电流、成型压力条件下,保压退磁可解决磁体强弱磁面外观裂纹问题。
Ring ferrite magnets for magnetron in microve oven were prepared using Y30H presintered powders. Influence of aligning current(field), molding pressure and demagnetizing way on the appearance defects was analyzed. The results show that within a certain range, with the increase of the aligning current, weak magnetic surface crack tends to decrease and even disappear; with increasing molding pressure the strong magnetic surface crack reduces; under condition of suitable aligning current and molding pressure, demagnetizating in pressure can eliminate surface cracks of the ring magnet.
