摘要
介绍了在现有工艺条件下,不同克重的玻璃纤维网格布对金属角磨片回转破碎强度的影响。试验结果表明:对于相同直径的金属角磨片来说,使用克重越大的玻璃纤维网格布,相应的金属角磨片的回转破碎强度越高,但不同直径,增加的幅度略有不同,金属角磨片的直径越大,其回转破碎强度增加幅度有减少的趋势。125×6.0金属角磨片的回转破碎强度平均增加了10.4%,150×6.0金属角磨片平均增加了5.5%,180×6.0金属角磨片平均增加了1.1%。
The author explains here the effects of fiberglass mesh on the bursting speed of metal-grinding disks un- der current technological conditions. The experimental results showed that for the same diameter disks, the bursting speed increased with the increase of the areal weight of fiberglass mesh, while for different diameter disks, the burst- ing speed became lower as the diameter of disks increased. In average, the bursting speeds of 125×6. 0,150×6. 0 and 180×6. 0 disks increased by 10. 4% ,5.5% and 1.1% respectively.
