摘要
研究了池窑尾气处理后污泥在玻纤中的使用可行性。结果表明,污泥按占配合料中总硫的百分比的引入是可行的,且占总硫45%~55%的引入量是最佳的,同时控制配合料的SO3/C在6.0~6.5左右为宜,但必须控制污泥的粒度和均匀性。
The feasibility of using the sludge generated from the furnace flue gas treatment in glass fiber production was studied. The results showed that deciding the amount of sludge to be used according to its percentage to the total sulfur in the batch was feasible,and 45% ~ 50% proved to be the best. Meanwhile ,SO3/C in the batch could be a- round 6. 0 ~ 6. 5, but the particle size and uniformity of the sludge must be well controlled.
