Quality Control of the Horizontal Directional Drilling Used in PE Gas Pipeline Construction

水平定向钻施工技术被广泛应用于城镇各类市政管道(线)工程建设,由于其施工过程的隐蔽性和不确定性以及运营后的维护难度极大,必须做好施工质量控制,以有效降低运行风险。文章介绍了聚乙烯燃气管道水平定向钻施工技术的设计、施工等阶段质量管理及控制措施。

Horizontal directional drilling technology is widely used in all kinds of municipal pipelines construction. Because of elusive, uncertainty of the construction process, and on-line maintenance difficulty, the construction quality control must be done well to effectively reduce the operation risk. This paper introduces quality management and control measures regarding the PE gas pipeline＇s horizontal directional drilling construction technology of every construction stage （design, construction, etc）.
