摘要
基于空气预热燃烧系统空燃比控制现状,根据流体压力、压差、流量之间的耦合关系,提出了一种更具实用性且不受预热空气温度影响的空燃比控制方法。文中采用AMESim仿真的研究方法,搭建了空气预热式燃烧系统空燃比控制性能测试平台,测试该燃烧系统空燃比控制的可行性,同时验证所建立AMESim模型的正确性。实验结果表明:流量和压力特性与理论分析的一致,验证了该耦合控制方法在空气预热燃烧系统上的可行性;压力特性的实验结果与模拟结果基本吻合,验证了该AMESim模型的合理性和有效性。
Based on the present air-fuel ratio control method, this paper puts forward a more practical air fuel ratio control method, which can avoid being influenced by air-preheating temperature. The AMESim simulation research method is the approach as taken in this paper. The paper also analyses the results of performance testing in the laboratory platform, and draws some conclusions such as the feasibility of this new method and the validity of the AMESim model.
