摘要
针对低热值气体的燃烧利用搭建了一套泡沫陶瓷燃烧实验台,并介绍了该实验台系统的基本组成。测试了实验台在无背压情况和背压情况下的燃烧特性以及最小当量比与燃气流量之间的关系。实验发现:点火开始后,预混气体先在泡沫陶瓷表面燃烧,随后火焰逐渐向泡沫陶瓷内部移动,最后在泡沫陶瓷内部燃烧并达到稳定。无背压情况下,最小当量比随燃气流量的增大而减小;背压情况下,加入二次空气后,能显著降低最小当量比,但与燃气流量之间并没有明显的单调关系。
A combustion test-rig of ceramic foam has been established for utilizing low calorific gas and its basic parts are introduced in this paper. The combustion characteristic of foam ceramic burner is tested whether the back pressure exists or not. Experiments show: first, premixed gas burned on the surface of foam ceramic, then flame moved to the interior of foam ceramic, finally became stable flame in it. The minimum equivalent ratio decreases with increasing gas flow in the case of no back pressure; the minimum equivalent ratio decreases greatly with secondary air, but has no direct connection with gas flow under back pressure.
