摘要 Th17细胞属CD4^+T淋巴细胞亚群,与变态反应性疾病、自身免疫性疾病关系密切。支气管哮喘(哮喘)是儿童常见疾病,哮喘是Th2型免疫反应占优势的变态反应性疾病,Th17细胞亚群的发现进一步完善了Th1/Th2失衡学说,并且Th17细胞及其分泌的细胞因子在哮喘中的作用受到越来越多的关注。现从Th17细胞的分化调控机制、与其他T淋巴细胞亚群的关系以及其在哮喘发病中的作用等方面进行综述,以期更好地理解哮喘的发病机制,并为哮喘的治疗提供新方向。 Th17 cells belong to CD4 + T cell subsets, which are closely associated with allergic diseases and autoimmune diseases. Bronchial asthma(asthma) is a common childhood disease. Asthma is an allergic disease with dominant Th2 -type imnmne response. However, Th17 cell subset and their cytokines have attracted more and more attention because of their roles in the pathogenesis of asthma. In this article, the regulatory mechanisms of the differentiation, the relationship with other subsets of Thl7 cells, as well as their roles in asthmatic inflammation were reviewed, which may offer a better understanding of asthma and provide new directions for the treatment of asthma.
