摘要
以问题为基础的教学法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)被认为是本科医学教育一个成功的学习方法。为了进一步了解PBL在继续医学教育中的应用效果,参考国外近年来发表的12篇文献,结果显示:PBL可以一定程度提高医师对教学的满意度,尤其是网络PBL,是远程继续医学教育一个有效的学习方法。如何借鉴国外经验,结合本国实际,建立适合我国的继续医学教育法将是我们进一步研究的课题。
Problem-Based Learning(PBL) is recognized as a successful innovative learning method in undergraduate medical education. In order to investigate the effects of Problem-Based Learning(PBL) in continuing medical education, twelve studies were included in this review. The result shows that PBL can enhance participants' satisfaction,especially online PBL is a useful method of delivering continuing medical education. It will be our further study that learning from foreign experience, combining with our reality and establishing better learning of Chinese continuing medical education.
