摘要
康复医学是一门新兴学科,实践性很强,而培养康复人才,科学的带教显得尤为重要。从加强进修管理、改进教学方式、提高教师素质等方面,对康复医学进修医师带教进行了初步探讨。
Rehabilitation is a new discipline, and highly practical. Training of rehabilitation personnel, the scientific teaching is particularly important. In this paper, from the aspects of strengthening the management, improving the teaching methods and improving the quality of teachers, makes a preliminary study on the teaching of rehabilitation medicine.
