PBL教学法的特点及其在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科教学中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 PBL教学法(Problem-Based Learning)是以学生为教学主体,围绕课程相关临床问题自主学习,以培养学生自主解决问题的能力和学习能力的教学方法。和传统的教学方法相比,既有优点也有缺陷。建议在PBL教学法使用过程中,应结合每一课程的实际情况进行调整。建议在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科教学中采用传统教学法进行理论课讲授,采用PBL教学法进行实习课教学,以达到最佳的教学效果。
