症状自查系统的开发和评价的现状和思考

Current Situation and Thinking About the Development and Evaluation of Symptom Self-examination System

患者越来越普遍的使用信息技术(IT)平台搜索健康信息,初步筛查症状和可能羅患的疾病,以准确的求诊相关医师或寻求相应医疗服务。症状查询系统在欧美已较为成熟,我国急需建立高可信度的新型系统以确保民众能获得最准确的分流建议。对新型症状自查系统的研究现状和其开发和评价提供建议,以满足国际标准需求。

Patients are increasingly using information technology（IT） platform to search health information, in order to have a preliminary screening of their symptoms and possible illnesses, and to seek help from suitable doctors or health services. The development of online symptom checker is relatively more mature in Europe and America, while there is an urgent need for China to establish a new online system checker of high reliability to ensure that people can get the most accurate triage advices. This paper summarizes the research progress of novel self-symptom checker and provides suggestions to its development and evaluation, in order to meet the requirements of international standard.
