Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is a kind of clinical pathological syndrome, which is similar to alcoholic liver disease, but it has no excessive drinking history(less than 40 g per week). This is a clinical pathological syndrome characterized by excessive accumulation of fat in the liver. The disease is acquired by the metabolic stress liver injury, which is closely related to insulin resistance and genetic susceptibility. In this paper, we mainly focused on the knowledge about the movement and cognition of the simple obese people, and the intention of the crowd's movement. In this paper, we clarify the acceptance of the cloud management model for the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease population and the adherence to exercise, and then analyze the risk factors of obesity epidemic. The behavior correction control of the epidemic of obesity and provide theoretical basis, in order to take the match by health education, reasonable exercise, nutrition, diet, psychological counseling, networking monitoring and Internet and other technical means, real-time, on-site health exercise intervention on subjects, and tracking and evaluating immediate improvement. Finally achieve the improvement of BMI, obesity, blood lipids, blood glucose, blood pressure and other indicators of the subjects.
