护理干预对颈椎骨折致截瘫患者术后生活能力的影响

The Influence of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Life Ability of Patients With Paraplegia Caused by Cervical Spine Fracture

目的研究并探讨护理干预对颈椎骨折致截瘫患者术后生活能力的影响。方法于2013年1月-2015年12月选取40例颈椎骨折所致截瘫患者作为此次研究的对象,采取数字随机表法将这40例患者分为对照组、观察组,每组20例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施系统化的护理干预。比较两组患者的反流发生率、误吸发生率、吸入性肺炎发生率、生活质量、Barthel指数。结果观察组的反流发生率、误吸发生率、吸入性肺炎发生率分别为15%、10%、5%,较对照组均低（P〈0.05）。与对照组相比,观察组的生活质量评分更高（P〈0.05）,观察组的Barthel指数更高（P〈0.05）。结论在手术后对颈椎骨折所致截瘫患者实施系统化的护理干预,能够有效减少患者的护理不良事件,提高患者的生活质量和日常生活能力。

Objective To study and discuss the influence of nursing intervention on the postoperative life ability of patients with paraplegia caused by cervical spine fracture. Methods In January 2013-December 2015, 40 cases of patients with paraplegia due to cervical spine fracture were selected as the research object. The 40 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 20 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given systematic nursing intervention. The incidence rate of reflux, aspiration rate, incidence rate of aspiration pneumonia, the score of life＇s quality and Barthel index were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of reflux, aspiration and aspiration pneumonia in the observation group were respectively 15%, 10% and 5%, compared with that in the control group were significantly lower（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the score of life＇s quality in the observation group was significantly higher（P〈0.05）, the Barthel index of the observation group was significantly improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The systematic nursing intervention can effectively reduce the nursing adverse events and improve the life＇s quality and the ability of daily life in patients with paraplegia after surgery.
