Fuzzy Synthetical Evaluation on Effect of Corrective Maintenance

为解决改进性维修效果评价过程主观因素较强、评价权重不一致等实际问题,建立了模糊综合评价模型;通过分析改进性维修效果评价的主要指标,建立可靠性、维修性指标模型,应用模糊综合评价法进行评价,对其适用性进行分析,并进行示例验证;该方法能准确得到改进性维修效果的量化数值和评价结果,可为改进性维修效果评价提供理论支持。

To abstain the subjectivity and different variable weight in evaluation on the effect of corrective maintenance,the fuzzy synthetical evaluation model was established. Through analyzing the important index of corrective maintenance effect evaluation,and establishing the reliability and maintenability index model,we used fuzzy synthetical evaluation to evaluate and analyzed adaptability and carried out verification by case. The model can acquire precious quantities data and evaluation result of corrective maintenance effect. It provides theory basis for corrective maintenance effect evaluation.
