摘要
为了降低皮带跑偏、张力变化对电子皮带秤检测的影响,设计了一种由多个秤体、多个前置放大电路、AVR单片机系统电路、LCD显示屏、触摸键盘、测速器等组成的分布式电子皮带秤。尤其适用于运输皮带较长和皮带张力变化较大情况下的物料流量检测。
In order to reduce the influences of deviation by belt position and tension change on electronic belt scale detection, this article developed a distributed electronic belt scale which is made up of distributed scale bodies, distributed preamplifier circuit, AVR single chip microcomputer system, LCD display, touch keyboahrd, velometer and other components. It can especially be applied to monitoring of material flow on those conditions that transport belt is long or the change of belt tension fluctuate greatly.
