摘要
从工艺矿物学角度出发,查明了四川某铌钽矿中Nb2O5的品位为0.065%,Ta2O5为0.0034%。铌主要赋存在烧绿石中,部分分布在褐钇铌矿中,少量分布在铌锰矿、铌钙矿、铈铌钙钛矿等矿物中;钽主要赋存在烧绿石等含铌矿物中。重要矿物烧绿石的粒度以细粒为主,其中-74μm占77.43%。研究表明,该矿铌钽品位较低,赋存状态多样,嵌布粒度细,属于低品位难选矿石。
Based on process mineralogy study, the grades of Nb205 and Ta205 are 0. 065% and 0.0034% re- spectively in the niobium-tantalum ore from Sichuan. Niobium mainly occurs in pyrochlore, followed by ferguso- nite, manganoeolumbite, fersmite, loparite and so on; tantalum mainly occurs in niobium-containing minerals such as pyrochlore. The disseminated size of pyrochlore is mainly fine-grained, the percentage of -74 μm being 77.43 %. The study results show that the ore belongs to low-grade refractory ore type with various occurrence states and fine-grained characteristics.
