摘要
目的探讨老年急性阑尾炎开腹手术患者的个性化整体护理方法和效果。方法回顾性分析并总结2014年12月至2015年12月解放军总医院南楼临床部收治的52例老年急性阑尾炎实施开腹手术患者的临床资料。结果所有患者手术过程顺利,平均术中出血量为(40.21±0.34)ml,平均手术时间为(35.25±0.28)min,无一例患者发生与手术相关的并发症。结论个性化整体护理有利于老年急性阑尾炎开腹手术患者手术的顺利进行,对促进患者术后的恢复有积极意义。
l Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on abdominal incision healing of appendicitis in elderly.Method Clinical data of 52 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results All surgeries went smoothly,with no adverse reaction.Conclusions Holistic nursing care can improve the clinical efficacy of appendicitis in elderly patients, reduce the pain and anxiety level,and promote the recovery of patients after surgery.
