预防跌倒离床报警器的研制与应用

Development and Application of Bed Exit Alarm in Preventing Fall

目的研制应用离床报警器预防住院患者跌倒。方法利用压力感应垫获取压力变化,通过无线传输技术让护士及陪护人员获知患者离床信息,给予协助以减少跌倒发生。结果经测试离床报警器特异度为95.6%、灵敏度为95.2%、漏报率为4.8%、误报率为4.4%、报警延迟时间为3 s;经临床应用,报警效果好,使用方便,误报率低。结论离床报警器测试指标在临床可接受范围,应用于高风险跌倒患者具有预防夜间跌倒的优势,可作为预防跌倒的辅助工具。

Objective sure sensing mat to and nursing staff the The bed alarm specif rate was 4.4% ,and t To develop the application of bedside alarm in preventing fall.Methods Using presobtain pressure changes, through wireless transmission technology to inform nurses bed exit information of patient, assistance in reducing the occurrence of falls.Results icity was 95.6% ,sensitivity was 95.2%,false negative rate was 4.8% ,the false positive he alarm delay time was 3 seconds.The clinical application showed that it has good alarm effect,convenient and with low false alarm rate.Conclusions The bed exit alarm test index is acceptable,it has advantages in prevention night fall, which can be used as assistant tool for the prevention of falls.
