计算机导航辅助颅前部脑膨出修补术

The treatment of the anterior basal encephalocele with the computer-assisted navigation

摘要 目的探讨计算机辅助导航下治疗颅前部脑膨出的效果。方法分析2007年1月至2014年8月,神经外科14例颅前部脑膨出患者在导航指导下的手术治疗方法与疗效。结果 14例患者通过手术改善了外观和功能,无1例出现新的神经系统症状、体征。结论计算机辅助导航指导下治疗颅前部脑膨出可以提高重建的准确性,减少手术风险,提高外观上的对称性。 Objective The treatment of the anterior basal encephalocele with the computer-assisted navigation is discussed. Methods A total of 14 cases of the anterior basal encephalocele from January 2007 to August 2014 were diagnosed and analyzed. Results A total of 14 cases with the cosmetic deformity were corrected and the neural structure were decompressed successfully. Conclusion Navigation-guided treatment of the anterior basal eneephalocele shows a great value in improving the accuracy, reducing the operation risk and restoring the facial syrmmetry.
