摘要
目的探讨大数据时代医学研究生的培养模式和实施的策略与时效性。方法在教育实践中提出了:大数据的时代要求、更新教与学新理念、对教育质量的评价和应用型技术人才培养的四个基本思路,并从理论上予以论证。结果在认知观念上,充分肯定医学研究生培养是以教师为主导,学生则以素质为本位,积极推行以知识重心及启发式教学方法,同时应为其建立一种适合快速成长的学习环境。结论我们所倡导的这些教育学新思路,很适合医学研究生的教育与训练,有利于加快培养医学领域的高级人才。
Objective The strategies and timeliness of cultivation model of medical postgraduates and its implementation are discussed. Methods We put forward four aspects of ideas in education practices including request of the ages in the big data, updating the new ideas of teaching and learning, the evaluation of the quality of education and the cultivation of applied technological talents, and all these could be demonstrated in theory.Results On the cognitive perspective, the education of medical postgraduates was led by the teacher in medical education system, which aimed to arouse students" enthusiasm and subjective initiative, and promete actively the focus of knowledge and heuristic teaching methods. Meanwhile, a suitable fast growing learning environment should be established. Conclusion These new ideas of pedagogy are very suitable for the education and training of medical postgraduates, and it is helpful for cultivating advanced talents in the field of medicine.
