摘要 目的精神疾病概念众多,内容抽象,学生反映难以理解和记忆,临床教学困难重重。急需探索精神病学新的教学方法。方法评估标准化病人和PBL结合的教学模式。结果标准化病人融入PBL教学模式,通过模拟临床表现,引出问题,针对相应的问题,主动分析讨论解决问题,掌握知识点的同时,拓展了临床思维。结论标准化病人融入PBL教学的新模式很好的解决了精神病学教学中的难题,值得推广应用。 Objective The difficulty of psychiatry teaching is mainly focused on the variety of diseases and multivariate symptoms. The students are always confused in psychiatry teaching. We need to look for the new effective teaching method. Methods We evaluated the supplementary role of standardized patients (SP) with Problem Based Leaming (PBL) in psychiatry teaching. Results Supplementary role of SP with PBL is a new Psychiatry teaching method by training standardized patients to simulate mental patients and problem based heuristic teaching method. The new teaching method can help the students ask the questions acoording to the symptoms simulated by standardized patients, analyze and solve the problems by themselves actively. It is helpful for students to understand the knowledge and also improve the clinical thinking ability. Conclusion Supplementary role of SP with PBL can affectively solve these current problems in Psychiatry teaching and is worth promoting.
