摘要 湿陷性黄土在一定条件下发生自重湿陷,将对沿途管道的安全运行产生一定影响。针对我国典型地区黄土湿陷位移计算方法,建立了湿陷性黄土地区基于管土相互作用原理的管道设计应变计算有限元模型,并提出了管道许用应变的确定方法。以新粤浙管道工程中湿陷性黄土地区埋地管道建设为例对基于应变的设计方法进行分析,得出管道应变分布与位移之间关系,为湿陷性黄土地区管道的设计与安全评价提供了依据。 The self-weight collapsibility of loess may threaten the safe operation of pipelines in the collapsible loess areas. In this paper, displacement calculation methods of collapsibility in typical loess areas in China are investigated, and a finite element model considering pipe and soil interaction is established to calculate the strain for pipeline design. Moreover, the method to determine the allowable strain for pipeline is proposed. Taking Xinjiang-Guangdong-Zhejiang Pipeline which is in the collapsible loess areas as an example, the strain-based design method is analyzed. As a result, the relation between strain distribution and collapsible displacement is identified. This study provides foundation for design and safety evaluation of buried pipeline in the collapsible loess areas. (5 Figures, 1 Table, 10 References)
