The article specifically discusses the necessity of applied talents’ training in the major of law and theexisting problems for local undergraduate universities under the background of the transformation of vocationaleducation, and on this basis, puts forward the the concrete means of applied talents training model in the major of lawfor local undergraduate universities, in order to be able to optimize the local undergraduate universities personneltraining mode, improve the quality of talent cultivation of law, so as to promote the local undergraduate universitiesteaching construction and sustainable development.
