替吉奥胶囊联合三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管癌

TS-1 combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for treatment of advanced esophageal cancer

目的观察替吉奥胶囊联合三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法 78例中晚期食管癌患者随机分成两组,替吉奥胶囊联合三维适形放疗(治疗组)40例,单纯放疗组(对照组)38例,三维适形放疗处方剂量为DT 56-64 Gy/28-32f,治疗组于放疗第1天开始口服替吉奥胶囊,40mg,2次/日,与放疗同步,直至放疗结束。结果治疗组CR 5例,PR 21例,总有效率65.0%,单纯放疗组CR 2例,PR 14例,总有效率为42.1%,两组比较差异有显著性(P=0.040)。在毒副反应方面,两组总体耐受良好,无严重不良事件发生。结论替吉奥胶囊联合三维适形放疗治疗中晚期食管癌是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objectives To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of TS-1 combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy（ 3D-CRT） in treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Seventy-eight patients with advanced esophageal cancer were divided randomly into groups of two： TS-1 combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy（ combined treatment group,40 cases） and single radiotherapy group（ 38 cases）. The total dose of 3D-CRT was 56-64 Gy /28-32 f. Combined treatment group received TS-1treatment according to 40 mg bid,since the first day of radiotherapy with chemotherapy simultaneously,until the end of radiotherapy treatment. Results In the patients of combined group,the rates of complete response,partial response and total response were 5 cases,21 cases,and 65.0%. In the patients of single radiotherapy group,they were 2 cases,14 cases,and 42.1%. There was statistical significance（ P=0.040）. As for side effects,both groups enjoy good tolerance as a whole and no severe untoward effect had happened. Conclusions In conclusion,TS-1 combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy is effective and safe for treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.
