运用品管圈活动对社区护士疼痛管理的实践

The practice of Using the quality control circle activities to community nurses pain management

目的探讨品管圈的应用对提高社区护士疼痛文书合格率的作用。方法成立品管圈小组,运用品管圈手法进行现状把握、目标设定、要因分析、对策拟定并实施,比较分析品管圈实施前后效果。结果品管圈活动可发现疼痛文书书写中存在的问题,品管圈实施前疼痛文书的合格次数为37次,合格率为56.9%,品管圈实施后疼痛文书合格次数为50次,合格率为84.7%,差异显著(P<0.005),具有统计学意义。品管圈实施前护理人员疼痛评估知识的考核平均分为66.8分,品管圈实施后护理人员疼痛评估知识的考核平均分为94.9分,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。品管圈实施后圈员能力成正向增加。结论品管圈活动提高疼痛文书合格率的效果显著,有效改善了疼痛文书管理,增强了护理人员参与疼痛文书管理的意识,进一步提高了社区护士管理能力,发挥了护士潜能,社区护士疼痛知识掌握得到提高,值得推广。

Objectives To explore the application of quality control circle to enhance the role of community nurses pain documents qualified rate. Methods set up quality control circle group,using quality control circle way to grasp the current status,set goals,analyze major factors,form and implement countermeasures,to compare and analyze the effect before and after the qc circle. Results Quality management circle activity can be found that pain problems that exist in the document writing,pain before the implementation of quality control circle the number of qualified for 37 of the documents,percent of pass is 56.9%,the quality control circle pain after implementation documents qualified number to 50 times,percent of pass is 84.7%（ P〈0.005）,significant difference,statistically significant. Before the implementation of quality control circle nurses pain assessment knowledge examination average score of 66.8 points,quality control circles after implementation of nurses＇ pain assessment knowledge assessment on average 94.9 points（ P〈0.05）,significant difference,statistically significant. After the implementation of quality control circle member ability is increased. Conclusions quality management circle activity improve pain documents qualified rate effect is remarkable,effectively improve the pain document management,to enhance the consciousness of nursing staff in pain documents management,further improve the ability of community nursing management,played a nurse potential,the mastery of the knowledge community nurses pain,is worth promoting.
