摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,技能型人才的短缺和流动性问题非常突出。高职院校作为技能型人才培养的基地,应结合区域经济的特色,制定适应本区域的人才培养目标,探索建立地方性技能型人才培养的新模式,构建"2+0.5+0.5"模块化的人才培养体系。
with the rapid development of social economy, the shortage of skilled personnel and the liquidity problem is very prominent. Higher vocational colleges as skilled talents training base should be combined with the characteristics of regional economic, make the target of personnel training to adapt to the region and to explore a new mode of establishing local skilled personnel training and construct the "2 +0.5 ±0. 5" modular training system.
