Constructing a ＂beautiful China＂ is to build better homes where people may live and work in peace. To make China beautiful, the key is to beautify the rural ar- eas; to make the country beautiful, the key is to make the vitality of agriculture in rural areas continue. The beautiful countryside should not only have the green mountains and blue rivers, but also have made agriculture industry prosperous. At the same time, a farmer will become a respectful profession. To vigorously promote agricultural efficiency and increase farmers＇ income, the best way is to develop modem agriculture, realize agri- cultural integration management and improve the level of peasants＇ organization. To im- prove the happiness and satisfaction of the masses in rural areas, it is urgent to realize co- ordinated and synchronous development of urban and rural areas. Only by this way, can we achieve the goal of a ＂beautiful China＂ as soon as possible.
