介绍了一种兆瓦级风电功率组件吸收电路并进行了理论分析和计算,通过仿真和试验验证了吸收电容对过电压的抑制效果,以及合理选择并联电容器的数量可减少流过吸收电容器的纹波电流并改善其温升,进而提升了吸收电容器的使用可靠性。
It introduced the theoretical analysis and calculation of snubber circuit for megawatt level wind power module, and demonstrated the suppressing effect of snubber capacitor on over-voltage. Simulation results approved that ripple currents and temperature rising of the snubber capacitor could be reduced through rationally choosing the parallel number of the capacitors, so that the application reliability of snubber capacitor was improved.
