摘要
介绍了大功率船舶推进用异步电机控制技术,分析了间接定子量控制基本原理和实现方案,提出了一种基于改进模型参考自适应的无速度传感器辨识算法,并进行了该算法的地面试验和现场运行验证。试验结果表明,该算法在全速度范围内额定转矩运行工况下,转矩输出误差小、电机电流谐波含量低,可实现恶劣运行工况下的快速加、减速要求,牵引系统完全满足船舶驱动应用领域的高性能要求。
It described a control method of induction motor for high-power ship propulsion, analyzed its principle and implementation of indirect stator-quantities control(ISC) and proposed an improved speed-sensorless identification algorithm based on MARS. Results of ground experiment and field operating verification show that using this algorithms, torque output error and harmonic current content of motor are less in the whole speed range under the rated torque operating condition; high dynamic acceleration requirements can be achieved in the power restrictions and other harsh operating conditions; the inverter system can fully meet the high-performance requirements for ship-propulsion applications.
