石氏抗骨质增生合剂治疗热证颈型颈椎病的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察抗骨质增生合剂治疗热证颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将60例热证颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。治疗组予抗骨质增生合剂口服,对照组予抗骨增生胶囊口服。两组疗程均为1个月,观察临床疗效,比较疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)水平的变化情况。结果①治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为86.67%和53.33%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗前后组内比较,两组VAS、NDI水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组在降低VAS、NDI水平方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗骨质增生合剂治疗热证颈型颈椎病的疗效满意,可显著改善患者颈部疼痛及功能障碍。 Objective To observe the effects of antihyperosteogeny decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with heat syndrome. Methods 60 cases of outpatients with cervical spondylosis (damp-heat syndrome) were divided into treatment group and control group,30 outpatients at each group. Outpatients in treatment group were given anti-hyperosteogeny decoction, while outpatients in control group were given anti-hyperosteogeny capsule, with a course of 4 weeks. Clinical efficacy was observed, and the changes of pain visual analogue scale (VAS) and cervical spine dysfunction index (NDI) were compared. Results ①The clinical total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 53.33% in the control group respectively, which difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05 ). ②There were significant differences in the level of NDI and VAS within each group before and after treatment ( P 〈0.05 ). After treatment, the level of VAS and NDI in the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group ( P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion Antihyperosteogeny decoction could be used for the treatment of cervical spondylosis with heat syndrome,which significantly improve the neck pain and dysfunction in patients.
