基于提升服务能力的执业药师制度完善对策 被引量:5

摘要 目的完善我国执业药师制度,提升执业药师服务能力。方法通过分析我国执业药师制度在职业准入中的现状和执业注册环节存在的问题,提出相应策略。结果与结论我国执业药师资格考试专业门槛要求低、报考学历宽泛,已严重限制了执业药师队伍素质的提高,影响了执业药师服务能力。执业药师数量上虽具规模,但注册率普遍偏低,尤其是医疗机构考取执业药师人员的注册情况不理想,建议修订相关政策,严控职业准入门槛,理顺上层管理部门间的关系,提高医疗机构执业药师注册率,提升药学服务质量,解决执业药师制度发展的瓶颈问题。 Objective To provide reference for improving the system of licensed pharmacists and enhancing the service ability of licensed pharmacists in China. Methods The corresponding strategies were put forward through the analysis of the status quo of China's licensed pharmacist system in vocational access and the problems existing in the practice registration. Results and Conclusion The low access requirements of the professional qualification examination and the broad education background of licensed pharmacists had seri- ously limited the development of the quality of licensed pharmacists at present in China. Although the quantity of licensed pharmacists was large,the registration rate was generally low,especially for the medical institutions. Thusm amendments to the relevant policies were proposed to strictly control the professional admittance threshold and rationalize the construction relationship between upper management, to provided higher registration rate of licensed pharmacist in medical institutions,and improve the quality of pharmaceutical service. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the bottleneck problem of the development of licensed pharma- cist system.
