贯叶金丝桃有效成分提取工艺研究

Process of Extracting Effective Ingredients of Hypericum Perforatum

目的优化贯叶金丝桃中有效成分的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以金丝桃苷、黄酮总量(芦丁、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、槲皮素)、干浸膏收率为考察指标,考察加乙醇量、乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取次数4个因素,优选贯叶金丝桃的最佳提取工艺。结果贯叶金丝桃最佳提取工艺为提取2次,一煎加10倍量70%乙醇,浸泡0.5 h,二煎加8倍量70%乙醇,每次煎煮1 h。结论该提取工艺对金丝桃苷及总黄酮有效成分的提取率高,重复性好,稳定可行。

Objective To optimize the extraction technology of active ingredients in Hypericum peoCoratum. Methods Orthogonal test method was used. Hyperin, total flavonoids （rutin, hyperoside, isoquercitrin, quercetin）, dry extract yield were the indexes, and the amount of ethanol, ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction times were observed for the optimized extraction technology of Hypericum per- foratum. Results The optimum extraction was extracted twice,added 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol in the first decocting,soaked for 0. 5 h, added 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol in the second decocting, each time decocting 1 h. Conclusion The extraction rate of total flavonoids and hyperoside in this extraction technology is high,and the method is reproducible, stable and feasible.
