复方甘草酸苷联合二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗寻常型银屑病疗效及安全性评价

Efficacy and Safety of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Calcium Dibutyryladenosine Cyclophosphate in Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的观察复方甘草酸苷联合二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将医院皮肤科2012年5月至2013年5月收治的寻常型银屑病患者160例随机分为3组,治疗组60例,对照1组及对照2组各50例。3组患者均予综合治疗,在此基础上,治疗组患者静脉滴注二丁酰环磷腺苷钙和复方甘草酸苷;对照1组仅静脉滴注二丁酰环磷腺苷钙,对照2组仅静脉滴注复方甘草酸苷,疗程均为2周。结果治疗组的总有效率、治愈率均明显高于对照组和对照2组(P<0.05),但对照1组与对照2组的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗寻常型银屑病较单用其中1种药物更能迅速控制病情,且无严重不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness and possibility of Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with Calcium Dibu- tyryladenosine Cyclophosphate in treating psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 160 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris from May 2012 to May 2013 were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,60 cases in the treatment group,50 cases each in the control group 1 and the control group 2. On the basis of comprehensive treatment for the 3 groups, the treatment group was added with intravenous drip of Calcium Dibutyryladenosine Cyclophosphate 40 mg/d and Compound Glycyrrhizin 80 mL/d, while the control group 1 was treated with intravenous drip of Calcium Dibutyryladenosine Cyclophosphate 40 mg/d and the control group 2 was treated with intravenous drip of Compound Glycyrrhizin 80 mL/d. The treatment course of the 3 groups was 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate and curative rate of the treatment group were both apparently higher than the control group 1 and the control group 2 （P 〈 0. 05）, and there was no obvious difference in the total effective rate between the two control groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizin com- bined with Calcium Dibutyryladenosine Cyclophosphate in treating psoriasis vulgaris has better control on the disease than the single treatment of the medicine ,and there is no serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
